Weinstock & O’Malley P.A. was formed as a New Jersey Professional Association in 1980. Since its inception, the practice of Weinstock & O’Malley has emphasized creditors’ rights representation.

Barry Weinstock [1944-2020]

Barry C. Weinstock graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 1967. He served four years in the United States Air Force, leaving in 1971 with the rank of Captain. In 1976, he received his Juris Doctrate from the Seton Hall School of Law. He was admitted to the State and Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey.

Stephen O’Malley

Stephen O’Malley is a shareholder and partner in Weinstock and O’Malley. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College in 1972 and his Juris Doctrate from Seton Hall Law School in 1979. He was admitted to the State and Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey and Hunterdon County Bar Association.
